Ohh unfortunately it's not PC its on Xbox .
@moodysinpai Sorry, I didn't know. In that case try a power cycle using this manual: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
Also, some players reported that they solved similar issue by restoring the console to factory settings.
