Bf1 Stats went down

I'm on ps4, and my battlefield 1 stats went down from 1300+ points per minute to 920 and from 1.0 eliminations per minute to 0.8, a month ago all at once for no reason! How can this be fixed please ?
I was really playing for the stats and it caused me to kind of stop playing so it sucks !

    Hey there,

    I moved your post to the BF1 boards.

    Does that affect both the in-game stats and the stats in the Web Companion?

    Unfortunately there is no way to alter your stats on our side - on rare occasions discrepancies between client and server can occur. That is usually being resolved by just playing continuously on your PlayStation so the stats are in sync again.

    Also make sure no one else does have access to your console and is able to launch the game - that does happen frequently as well.

    All right, well yes it affects both my battlelog companion app AND the ingame stats
    My ID is chelsea04 if you need it by the way !

    So you're saying the solution is to play until I get my stats up again ? That doesn't solve much !

    No one else has or had access to my PlayStation ever !

    Hello @Theholidayraper 

    I am really sorry for those troubles with your stats, but we can`t edit or manage individual players accounts on Answers HQ. Restarting your console can also sometime fix such synchronization issues.
