I found that this happened when i was join a friend and in the middle of loading screen the match ended and changed maps sometimes it freezes i believe DICE are already looking into this. In the meantime if you ar playing on console u can just press home button and try and join another friend the game will leave the frozen loading screen and atempt to join the other server. If this is not possible you will have to restart the application.

It's also a known bug if you join a server with 9+ people in the queue
