Hello Guys. Well I have problem about my game's version on EA app. I have bought BF1 Revolution version via steam . However in EA app it shows standart editon ( which it should be revolution). And i dont know how to fix that problem. My steam account is already linked to my EA account and i dont have such a problem in my other EA games. But in BF1 i have wrong version problem even if i have revalution edition What is the solution of that ?

@Timariot_07 I could just check my EA app and I can say, that in my EA app it also shows "Standard Edition Access" although I have the revolution version.But all the addons and stuff are there as it should be.So I got the right version and the games works as it should with all content. It only seems as if the EA app might show a wrong "title".

@Timariot_07 Hey ! In this situation you describe, I offer you to contact EA Assistance for further help, as long you have proof of your Battlefield 1 Revolution version order !

Hey @Timariot_07,

While it might show in the EA app for you that it is only Standard Edition, do you see the same in-game when you launch the game?

@woody357ANW Hi . Well like your suggestion I have tried to send a case to the EA officals from EA help. But in case information phase i couldn't find a way to describe my problem there as a directly ( according to the topic and a issue selection in website, they dont refer my issue) Because of that i couldn't send it. If you help me how to do that it would be realy great ! In addition of course i can proof my Battlefield 1 Revolution version order with Steam purchase history.

@EA_Leeuw Hi. Inside of the game it shows me as a Premium pass. Probably because of i own this add- on in the EA app. However i do not see Standart edition inside of the game. Actually before EA app i did not have that problem. In Origin app there was no problem about version thing. After it turns to the EA app that issue happened. Beside this situation my friend has the game via Steam too.But his game version Revalution Edition accesed through Steam. If we look at this, unfortunately i have a weird issue here.

Hey @Timariot_07,

If you do not experience this issue in-game and everything is there, aka you can use/access all the stuff that comes with the Revolution Edition in-game, it luckily means that the game itself is not affected. In your case it is probably only the game tile art that doesn't get updated.

Yeah i see. Thankfully the game itself is not effected and i am able to use gameplay stuffs . But I do not think only game tile art does get effected. There are other stuffs that i can not use it. For example i have no access to the Battlefield Battlelog for the BF1 even if i have access for the BF4 and BF3 for Battlelog (because i have both games as well and EA app shows that i have premium Editions as it should be).When i click BF1 in the Battlelog , instead of showing my stats it redirects me to the game's purchase link. (I think EA does not see BF1 like other BF games and thats why i have version and access problems) Also i do not see my stats from the Battlefield Companion as well it says to me *get it now* which i even have these games. Could you help me to solve that problem ? Because i love that game series too much and want to use all things it has.

The companion app does not work propery since months. When you go on "career" it redirects to the purchase site for everyone. That is not a problem with your copy of the game.

@Timariot_07 As @SharpGoblin mentions above, the Companion app no longer works. If you want to see your stats on the fly then you can use the Battlefield Tracker website.

@SharpGoblin Ok i got it the companion app's problem now. Thanks for your help. But what about the Battlelog ? The important part is this. I still do not have the access the stats of BF1 in Battlelog's section. Unfortunately the problem still exists there too like the version of EA app.

Yep i understood the problem on Companion app one and also learnt the BF Tracker website for BFstats. Thanks a lot. However as i mention on the previous reply I still do not have the access the stats of BF1 in Battlelog's section. And the problem of wrong version in the EA app still continues. Maybe EA Assistance should update my version in the EA app itself. If i will able to find how to send my case from https://help.ea.com/ ( i could not manage to how to do ☹️ )
