bf2 , server refused connection

when i try to log on, i get server refused connection. I see many people are having this problem. i have tried, turning off antivirus, turning off firewall, up dating pb, uninstall/reinstalled. it was working for months. i see many questions like this online ,but no answers / solutions.

I bought 2 of these so me and my son can play together, so if there is a solution let know. i will be glad to get any help on this. please be up front with your cutomers, and let us know the problem, like, security breach, defective product etc.
