BF2 account progress reset

On my old BF2 account all my old progress has been reset, Rank, gun unlocks and rewards. Everything.
But in game when i open scoreboard it shows my correct rank..

    jayabarker81 The best thing to do in this case is to open a case with EA Help at help.ea.com. There isn't anyone here who can help with account issues, such as missing items, unfortunately.
