BF3 Audio Drop Problem (PS3)

Hello, I have noticed this for a while now but randomly while playing in the game the audio will drop to the point that I can only hear my own character and nothing else around me (gunfire,helicopte...

    I've had this happen to me as well, and I believe my squad mates at the same time. As far as I know, there isn't a way to fix it and it likely relates to the synchronization of the data being sent to the users, and since this happened to us in squads (personally, I've never experienced this outside of a squad), it seems to be exclusive to users in a squad. 

    So, yes, it seems to be on the servers end and, unfortunately I don't think we can do anything to fix it.

    Thats the most logical thing ive heard. I contacted ea and they just gave me a list of stuff to try that diddnt work. HOPEFULLY there will be a patch for this sometime soon! they should stop and take the time to fix these bugs!
