This is going from last Night. waiting for the solution.
I was thinking about getting Witcher 3 and Battlefield Hardline but due to your outstanding customer care service and Tech support I changed my mind.
Codename , Buddy i had this problem to, please what is the solution you find ? and Please get BF 4 or Bf3 premium . its good , dont know about harline or witcher 3 i dont like them

This is very sad. I have made error report in origin but as usual people at EA are only sitting and warming chairs.
Because of these type of mentality I didn't bought the Premium membership in past. Don't know why I bought now.
But it was the last transaction for me with this fraud company.
