BF3 can't launching (PC), cannot fix bugs, want a game refund

To : EA support team Dear Sir / Madam, I purchased the BF3 game in PC mode on 07 Dec 2024. After installed I find that there are lot of bugs, The game cannot launching and the EA apps icon show "Ba...
