Vavle set the bar with their top notch software quality, and EA falls far short of this standard. I'm pointing out EA's marked departure from the industry standard. This is my opinion having played BF3 and CSGO extensively.
You're a giant Counter Strike fanboy, I see. A fanboy of an ancient shooter that has had some of the worst bugs in history of gaming. Remember the time the game, if you owned it, locked all access to any funds and games on your account? Or the month straight you couldn't join servers unless they were LAN, or the time where all the AI broke for multiple months due to a faulty update?
Man, don't you just love the game that took 4 tries to iron out all the bugs, with constant rereleases on an ancient engine, that by all reason, should not even be used anymore. You're comparing a well-used bike that has had all the kinks worked out to a prototype motor cycle that has 10 times the features, looks ten times better, and can go 100 times faster. You're blind and arrogant to the fact that these are so far apart in terms of what they are and what they do with what they have.
