BF3 crash in new game modes such as Conquest domination

Hi,

My BF3 on PS3 continuously crashes when I try to play Conquest Domination. Sometimes immediately and sometimes after a couple of hours.

System: PS3, 100Mbit/s optical fiber connection, only BF3 installed

Behavior: When playing an I come back after being killed I can run around in the map but can not fire anything. But I can drop medicpacks or ammoboxes.

Solution: To get out of it I have to end the game which sometimes cause the whole console to reboot.

Tried: I think I have tried almost everything, below is a number of actions taken.

1. Tried to remove whole game and game data and reinstall

2. Tried to buy new handcontrol

3. Tried to buy brand new console 

NOT tried:

1. New BF3 disc

2. ???

Do you have any ideas what to do? It is boring not being able to play with your friends when the play certain modes.
