BF3 DirectX Error function FindClosestMatchingMode failed with DXGI_ERROR_NOT_FOUND

Got this error after trying to join a game after installing BF3 for the first time.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
