BF3 download/install?

I got a free product key for battlefield 3 from a friend and used it and activated It no problem. Yet when IM in the origin app under my games and I try to download battlefield three I get error 7049:400 and it stops the download. Any help or insight to this problem would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.
