BF3 FPS drop

So I'm new to this game and was very excited to play but after I joined a match I noticed that every once in a while (very often actually) my FPS drops from  70 to  20,25 or less.. It's unplayable... My PC specs (I think) are good enough to play it at ULTRA graphics but it seems that that is not the problem as even if it is on LOW graphics I still have the same problem...  I have latest Nvidia graphics

CPU : Fx 6200

GPU : Asus 660

Ram : 8 GB

I dont know what the problem is, can someone help me? I did port forward  also i disable the Unpn. Many people have this problem... If you need more details on my system or something else, please ask 😕mileysad:

EDIT: I just noticed that while those FPS drops happen my cpu reaches 90- 95% USAGE I guess that is causing the problem, anyone suggest a fix?
