Community ManagerReset the default settings in both the NVIDIA Control Panel and in the BF3 graphics options and see how that goes.

Thanks for adding that. Some more things you can try:
- There are some errors at the bottom of your Dxdiag that SFC could help prevent, run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Disable any third party overlay you may be using
- Disable MSI Afterburner or similar utilities
- Install any available Windows Updates
- Reinstall your video drivers using the custom option and then choose 'Clean Installation'

System File Check did not find any problems.
Did every thing in the list and there is no difference.
I have tried reinstalling to a different drive that did not help ether.
