BF3 installation on Win11, DirectX Setup error

Question

Hi mates, I'm trying to install BF3 via the EA App in my new PC with Windows 11 and I'm getting the DirectX setup error during the installation. (DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred.) Windows 11 already has DirectX 12 (running fine according to DXDIAG) so I don't know why the BF3 is trying to install an older version. All the solutions like running the DXSETUP from the BF3 folder didn't work. Has BF3 become incompatible with Win11 for trying to install a legacy version of DirectX?

@MQuaritchBF3 should work with win11, i had it working one time. But now I have problems with launching the game since 10 of september 2022 on my new laptop. The problem is from EAs end, no support on this till this date. I even downgraded back to win10 from 11, but still have problem launching game with error message "double-check your connection"
