BF3 Main Menu problem

Please answer my question and give me a solution. Recently i have encountered a bug, the thing is when i go to click on MULTIPLAYER or CO-OP I instantly get a message stating "You have lost connection to ea" and when i press OK it stays on a loading page what dosen't respond. I am on Xbox btw.

I have tried the following things:


Restart Internet

Uninstalled and reinstalled game on Xbox

Clearing the cache

checked by wireless adapter inside my Xbox

 

Please HELP! it is annoying me a lot!

    You should check the ports of your router.


    Please enable the following online ports on your connection:
    TCP: 53, 88, 3074
    UDP: 53, 88, 3074
    For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

    If you still have this issue, you can try to delete all BF3 gamedata from your console (including all update data). As the gamedata includes several multiplayer updates, it might be that some of these data got corrupted during update process.
