Just bought a new copy of BF3 for 360 yesterday, I just went to redeem my online pass code and it told me the code had already been redeemed WTF!?!?! Does anyone know how i can get a new code? and i already tried the live chat, fu**ing useless garbage, the wait time goes down to less than 5 minutes then jumps back up to 40-45 mins, ridiculous! Sh*tty customer service!!!!
not as "**bleep**ty" service as the store who sold you a used copy. take it back and ask them why the key has already been used. ea will not replace the key, the store shouldn't have sold you one that had been used.
Did you purchase the game new or used? If you purchased the game used from Game Stop look at your receipt, the online pass code should be on the receipt because Game Stop now gives out free online pass codes for used games that require them. If you purchased the game used from somewhere other than Game Stop then you will have to purchase a new online pass for $9.99 USD on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
