BF3 Premium DLC

I bought BF3 and premium a long time ago. My xbox was stolen a year ago and recently replaced. I have downloaded my old gamertag and profile and reinstalled the DLC for BF3, but it's not saying I'm already a premium member anymore on the xbox. On Battlelog it still says I'm a premium member, but xbox wants me to buy it again. What's the deal? How do I get my premium gear back?
