BF3 Premium PS3

So I bought a ps3 and bought bf3 premium edition, had issues with the ps3 so i returned it and bought one of the new white 500gb models. When i went on bf3 to redownload my map packs that came with premium edition I noticed it wasnt saying i was a premium member but was giving me the map packs for free and even saying I already downloaded them. I just want to know if there is a way to fix it, so i can reset my stats and have the acb knife and such...
