BF3 Premium Sale Issue

According to the Battlefield website, BF3 premium is on sale for all platforms for $29.99 USD. Although when I go to purchase it on the xbox marketplace, it is still listed as being 4000 Microsoft points (About $45 UD). Is there a problem with my game or is the sale a PC exclusive?
