I think that tomorrow, I will format my PS3, reinstall everything...I need to narrow down that it's not on my side...if it is and it works, others need to follow suit. Will let you know the outcome tomorrow.

@BMWsport99 Sounds good. Keep us updated. No change, even with baseline 1.09 update, can't connect to server.
Even worse - all rented servers don't show up until page 60 (when browsing 5/6 regions, excluding South US) - there are no [EA] servers any longer, only [DICE]. There appears to be a problem with server browser and the server service, I know it's hosted by a third party - the errors could be on their end. We still want to play this game, we just can't right now...most often, we lose connection with the server - happens multiple times per night.
Server browser - selected all regions, except South US, my [ACE] server 2 does not show up, it is hosted in Asia. Change filters to "Asia", the server shows up. Change filters to all but "South US", server 2 shows up. You have to do this manually for each region for servers in that region to show up. The problem lies in server browser...which is why most of our servers, that we pay for, don't show up until page 60 of 89 when browsing all regions, any map, any mode, any players, normal. Once this gets fixed, it will be back to normal...then we will have pages of servers to play on.
This can be fixed...something happened 2 years ago...we can keep this game going for a record - we are almost at 10 years.

We'll keep an eye out for additional reports to ensure the team is aware of any significant impact that is taking place on the server browser list for BF3 that could impact everyone's ability to join games. At this time though, we do not see any widespread issues that will result in the team coming off working on Battlefield 2042 to address this. The team moved on from providing updates for Battlefield 3 quite a while ago. Just as a heads up, our Support team is unable to make any changes to accounts to fix an issue like this through their tools, so we'll have to continue to troubleshooting here to see what we can do to get it to refresh properly for you.
Have you tried logging into a different account (if possible) under your network to see if you're able to replicate the same results? Still have the same problem on my other account. Browsing the servers, my 3 rented servers don't show up until page 31. Even when joining on this account, when you're in the game, Start > Server Settings - Region shows "Unavailable". Not sure why that's happening, but for as long as I've rented servers, bums me out that my 3 are always empty and nobody can join in quick match, but surely, nobody browses that far to join a match...they stick to pages 1 and 2.
Side note, unable to rent a server in West US - this happened after the server maintenance.

Are you located outside of North America? I can try to track down whether that's intended, which I feel it might be if you're getting 1 bar in connectivity.
