when i try to play the game it says me to download the dlc. i go to origin and it says i already did download them and verifies. i have the steam version which has premium included. (EA Play)
i did try everthing. i did clear origin cache. i did delete the licences. nothing works. after that i did try to launch the game WITHOUT the dlc's. guess what? it is stuck at the joining game screen. I didn't even get to play the game for a second. I did contact Ea live chat and they said to publish this help post. do you have solution or solutions?

- Make sure all drivers are up to date
- Restart Origin
- Repair the game in Origin
- Restart your computer
- @iKeule257 i did try the methods you listed but still not working ☹️
- @iKeule257 İ have to contact ea live chat i guess. that is the last thing i didn't try
- @SenatorErdem Yeah sorry I forgot to mention that only the 3rd fix works, meaning that you have to call the EA support.
no man, contacting with EA agent is not the certain way to fix it, at least for me. They said, game team still investigating this, so all we can do is just waiting for new update or solution :/
