@FuRRy1996 Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening, is your soldier spinning in circles or just an issue with the cursor? What are your PC specs and OS? Do you receive an error code? When the issue begin, is it a new issue?
I'm having an issue with BF3 where the mouse is too sensitive and try to slow it down but I can't, even tried the reset to default settings, did not help.
