Ummm i haven't played this game in over 3-4 years last time i checked i wasn't banned? Why this all of a sudden? (Battlefield 3)

Also i am getting app crash helper.exe on battlelog when i search for games

Unfortunately the appeal through evenbalance is the only possible way forward for you since EA does not own or control evenbalances systems and cannot unban you in their system.
