BF4 : can't join any server - stuck in loading screen (edited: Playstation 4)

Hello my internet connection is good but when i try to join a multiplayer game i keep stucking in the loading screen which shows the map and the server name i tried to wait for 15 minutes but nothi...

    Well I guess just a few things:

    -settings> psn> make sure you activate as your primary ps4
    -settings> psn> restore licenses
    -Turn off console> unplug cord from back for like a minute> plug back in
    -restart router

    That's what I would do to begin man.

    Done this, it did not work for me. I am still stuck on infinite loading screen
