BF4 Activation code pop up error

Hi Folks,

I cannot lunch BF4 from battle-log as keeps asking for an activation code?I have signed on with my account and done all troubleshooting I could, I have contacted EA and said they are working on this issue, however there was a message on battle-log saying EA apologise fort this, message is now gone but the issue still not resolved? This is so annoying! Any ideas what I can do to by pass this?

you can still use Battlelog but you have to use the pluging launcher method (uncheck the use plugin free launching option in the Battlelog settings), then you cannot use Chrome as Chrome doesn't use the plugin. I've found out of the major browsers IE (not Edge) works almost 100% of the time, next Opera has a pretty good track record, and Firefox has a spotty track record for launching with the Battlelog plugin. I verified that this method works after reading this thread

I do not understand that. Something changed and the game doesn't work. Why doesn't everything go back and check out the proposed changes. However, it still does not work
