Sorry, but EA support and Answers HQ cannot help you in that case. What you can is join another server. As far as I know there are no ways to report Admin abuse or servers.
Edit: But if you can find an Administrator of this server, then you can report him via Battlelog for "Offensive Language/Content"

The admin is well within his rights as the server administrator to mute belligerent players. His language however must conform with the EA Terms of service. Gather screenshots and report the owner via his Battlelog profile as @IIPrest0nII directed you to. The EA TOS team will take it from there. Be advised that you will receive no updates on the matter after you report the admin, nor will you be advised when the evaluation is complete.
