BF4 assignment unlock, weapons used now they locked but assignment is still completed

Hi!

I am having an issue with batttlefield 4 multiplayer.

The assignments belonging to the China Rising DLC pack are locked! But here is the catch...i already completed these assignments and they also show up as completed at "my soldier" statistics. But wenn i am in-game the weapons are LOCKED. I already used some of those weapons in game and after the last update (i think it was after the last update) i cant use them anymore... It also shows that i dont have the China Rising DLC pack, but i didnt remove a single thing from my harddrive! 

I tried re-downloading and disregard the message saying i already have this DLC installed....but in my game it shows up as i dont have it! I am a Premium member so i am completly surprised by this as it pretty much happend from one day to another. I download the game directly from Xbox Live onto my Xbox One so reinstalling the game isnt an option

To sum up the details/issues:

- Premium Member

- China Rising DLC

- Assignments completed

- Weapons used in-game

- now weapons are Locked

- BF4 says i dont have China Rising (while i do)

- Tried re-installing the DLC but without effect

Any options to fix this issue?

    Thanks for your detailed report, we are aware that some players have issues with unlocks. Have you already checked if you are able to create a loadout with the China Rising weapons via Battlelog on a web-browser?

    Hi Bastian,

    I have contacted the EA Support Chat. And we have looked at several different ways to clear this issue. However it seems to be alot worse then thought. Everything we tried, everything the Support Desk Advisor could come up with and even what has been written on forums, just doesnt seem to work!

    My Xbox One says i got everything installed but according to the game says i am missing content.. so somewhere between the Xbox One and the Game seems to be a fault! The helpdesk employee forwarded my issue to a Specialists/Studio team which will look into the issue alot futher then the Helpdesk advisors can. Except there is no timeline as to howlong this might take to find and solve the problem. Its a Downloaded copy of BF4 bought from the XBL Game Store. Hopefully it is not a faulty copy that i downloaded.

    Does it say when you try to join a china rising server: 'you are missing content from the game'?

    If so EA Support needs to revoke and then reinstall your dlc access for china rising.

    This should fix the problem.

    Still most of us that have this problem will get it with other dlc's too. Also the third phantom assignment seem to not work for anyone that has this problem. Do you also experience this?

    The EA specialist team got back to me quick! They recommended re-installing premium and if that not worked re-install the entire game. Curently re-installing the game after premium option didnt work. I havent started the ghost program yet as i dont know what it is.
