BF4 Bad Sound Quality

When I start up BF4, the audio goes loud and with worse quality. It also affects my whole computer other audios, like Youtube videos, discord calls, etc. I have a wireless Bluetooth headphones, never had this issue or anything similar in any other game. I've tried changing the ingame sound settings and manually changing some stuff in a file inside the game's files, but to no avail.
