BF4 ban unfairly and service without any commitment to the user
EA, I was banned on an anonymous tip by the Battlefield Agency. I don't know what they are about you, but they are abusive. Every report should be an inquiry and not a complete ban. A program that checks to see if you are using something. But it seems to have gotten out of your control. I have an account since the launch of the game. It has most of EA's shooting games, here. And the Battlefield Agency and BDBF4 are banning any player because another player says it is. They analyze a video and say with a certain propriety that it is yes.
