BF4 Battlefield premium PS4 and PS3

So my PS4 broke and i had to switch to the PS3. I have Battlefield 4 premium on PS4 but not on PS3... I'm logged in with the same psn user and same origin ID. doesn't premium migrate from PS4 to PS3? Cus it says i have to pay for premium..

    We made stats transfer available for Battlefield 4 players as soon as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles became available.

    We kept the service going to allow everyone a chance to upgrade their console and preserve their stats.

    After 5 years, we’ve ended the service as it was no longer actively being used by Battlefield 4 players.

    doesn't premium migrate from PS4 to PS3? Cus it says i have to pay for premium..

    Seems like that may not be the case... Does the map packs show up in your library?
