BF4 Battlefield premium PS4 and PS3

So my PS4 broke and i had to switch to the PS3. I have Battlefield 4 premium on PS4 but not on PS3... I'm logged in with the same psn user and same origin ID. doesn't premium migrate from PS4 to PS3?...

    We made stats transfer available for Battlefield 4 players as soon as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles became available.

    We kept the service going to allow everyone a chance to upgrade their console and preserve their stats.

    After 5 years, we’ve ended the service as it was no longer actively being used by Battlefield 4 players.

No only the free expansions (night op and Community op)
