Load Screen Stuck on Bf4 Xbox series X

Having an issue loading into new map packs after the release. recently the game has been stuck on the load Screen. I have had the premium pass since the game has come out.

I have unplugged the console and cleared the cache

deleted save data.

uninstalled and re-installed the game multiple times.

I'm at a loss at what to do next.

any help would be great

  • I should clarify that the game is stuck after 2 or 3 maps.

  • Hello Carsey51,

Considering what you've said, it could be that your console is overheating. It might also be an issue related to the game itself. Try reinstalling the game, just in case.

I happens as soon as turn on the xbox. it seems to be happening primarily on all of the map packs after the initial released. I reinstalled the base version last night to try and see if that would work and its still giving me problems.

also I tired it on my older Xbox 1 and it was the same issues.

Honestly, I’m out of ideas. I don’t play on consoles, so take anything I say with a grain of salt Carsey51. I recommend reaching out to EA Support, they might have some useful information that could help you with the issue.

  • Want to give an update.

I spent the last few weeks scouring the internet.

found a thread on Reddit that said it has something to do with battlefield Hardline.... I ended up deleting Hardline and the game works 100% now.

so if anyone else has this issue and has Hardline downloaded that maybe the culprit.

    Thanks danisoff for the help.
