bf4 bought but cannot find it.

Today me and some friends bought battlefield 4 when i say some friends i say the whole CLAN Synathesia 38 players.
for some reason nobody of us can see the game in ''my games'' origin.
i got order numbers but for some weird reason i dont get a productnumber so i cannot locate the game i myself have bought.
i bought the game for 490 KR and i would like help to solve this for myself and my clan as soon as possible.

in most cases like these (9 out of 10?) the product purchased was BF4 Premium and as Premimum does not contain the base game
it does not show up in "my games". Please check your purchases product that it is the base game. Also try reloading your library.
