BF4 Can't connect to rented server.

I rented a server today. I set it up and it was working but tonight my friends and I cannot connect to server. You can try multiple times and sometimes get in. Then, you will get kicked and told that you lost connection to server. Please help.

    It might be that an Game Advisor need to reset your rented server. Just get in contact with one of our Advisor via the following link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4

    They can access your server and provide further assistance but will need some of your details for their verification process.

    Game advisers don't even exist, let's be real. I have rented my server, and for 2 full days it is inaccessible to everyone that's tried to connect to it. I have followed the links you and other "community managers" have copy and pasted in here but it sends me into a maze of bloody options with no clear indication to actually talk to someone to figure this out.

    The game doesn't even give error codes to nudge the player into the right direction to solve it themselves. I can, and other people can connect to other servers just fine, but mine is just impossible to touch. "Failed to connect to game server, please try again" isn't helpful at all. The server is going to expire before anyone is able to use it. I have been scammed.

    I'm going to lock this thread since it hasn't been active since 2015. 

    Feel free to begin a new thread or comment in a more recent one if you'd like to continue the discussion though.
