BF4 China Rising Expansion Pack Problem

i bought the digital deluxe bf4 and now when china rising got released im trying to launch a DLC server and its says : you need BF4 China Rising for this. now when i go to the store on the website its says: you own digital deluxe inclouding china rising, well WTF?

please help
