@kuwaiting Do you have an account that is level 10 or higher? 

Based upon @MorningTimeCloud 's suggestion I checked your Battlelog profile http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/kuwaiting/ and I don't see any soldiers.  Do you own Battlefield 4 on PC, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, or PS3?  You will need to own the game and have a soldier of at least level 10 before you can play commander via the tabliet.

If you are on console you will also need to link your PSN ID or Xbox Live Gamertag with your Origin account before you can play commadner on your tablet.  here are the ways to link your Orign account with your console accounts:

Playstation:

Step 1 - Go to www.ea.com

Step 2 - Click on 'Login' in the upper right corner, if you are already logged in, log out.

Step 3 - Now the login form pops up, ignore the textfields and click the PSN button below

Step 4 - A new window pops up that allows you to login with your PSN account.

Step 5 - Now that the EA Server knows that you are the owner of this PSN account and if you already have an EA account you can now login to connect both accounts. In case you don't have an EA/Origin account yet, simply click the link on the right side to create one.
