BF4 controller issues during weapon crates in Steam
Hi guys,
I think this question has been asked countless times in the internet. But I did not find any solution yet.
I recently bought BF4 premium from steam during the publisher sale (played it years ago, wanted to experience the campaign again in PC).
I have been trying to get it working with my Xbox series x controller and its such a pain in the backside. The game play works okay with the controller. But where I have the issue is during tool tips and also during opening weapon crates. My controller does not work during these screens.
I play it while I'm on my couch and getting a mouse also connected to it seems impractical.
Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?

I could be wrong but the mentioned controller is not supported for Battlefield 4. I will provide you with a link to a possible work around, but I would just avoid the issue and play the game with a keyboard since you are on the PC.
