    Hello @LordCalluminati

try to update drivers on my way 🙂:

    - download dxwesetup and run/install it as Admin

    - download chipset drivers and run/install as Admin, restart pc

    - delete intel gpu driver, restart pc, install this x64 version as Admin, restart pc

    - delete nvidia gpu driver, restart pc, install this version as Admin with "clean install" option, restart pc

    - check that game use the nvidia gpu

    - check and close\disable all programs like this

    - delelete folder C:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Battlefield 4\

    - try to play...

  • That's done it thanks!!

It looks like the anniversary update made the drivers stop working

I've just bought Battlefield4 for my windows10 laptop, it has installed but I am not able to play it at all because the game crashes on launch.

I click play campaign or multiplayer server on Battlelog the game appears in a black blank window, then in about 3s the error message: BATTLEFIELD 4 HAS STOPPED WORKING a problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I have ave looked on every thread forum and site and tried everything I could think of: restarting my computer, windows compatibility settings for bf files, updating drivers, clicking repair and update game for bf4 on origin, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing changes!

    My computer's specs:

    -8GB DDR3 RAM

    -Geforce 920M 2GB

    -Core i7-5500U dc 2.4 GHz

    (Aspire E5-573G laptop)

Is 2.4GHz too slow? I just want to play battlefield4 please help!
