create a text frile in your bf4 install folder, rename it to user.cfg, and add the command, save it up, run...

enter both lines in the file:
GameTime.MaxVariableFps 61
PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1you should see ingame fps capped at 61...
after that you play on low gfx...
but maybe if you don't get 61 fps maybe this wont work for you? I get 130 fps on Low...
I dont get more than 50 fps on low !
