bf4 directx error

Make sure you have the latest DirectX Driver you can find out how to install the lastest driver here

Since you have a Nvidia 750 Ti make sure your Nvidia Driver is fully updated by going here http://www.geforce.com/drivers unless you already have Geforce Experiance 

i also noticed its MSI so Go here to help assist you further https://www.msi.com/support/  I am not well keened on MSI products

I have updated the directx and ofcourse i do have the latest drivers to date on my graphic card but still no working battlefield 4.

I have yet not tried msi support but i will, thanks for that.

Do you or anybody else have any other solution i can try? I cannot find the problem since i playd bf4 around a week ago and everything worked great and i havent changed anything or updated anything (?)

But i am sorry but your solution did not help me in my quest to once play battlefield 4 without errors. =(.

I have a hunch the error is pointing us in the wrong direction.

Try disabling Origin in Game and any other overlay programs you may have running (RiviaTuner, overwolf, fraps, etc). 

An overlay is something that draws ontop of your screen, usually to show FPS, temps, etc

@superdatan Update your video card driver to new one or beta as well as update all this from the source and do this for settings.....

Reinstall Microsoft C++ For my game PC's I install both x64 and x86 as it does not hurt the PC

Go to Punk Buster site

1- Download PB then extract files to your desktop.
2- Open Punk Buster folder.
3- Click on the PB setup and it will open.
4-Add your BF4 game to punk buster its at the top of Punk Buster.
5-Then update punk buster again at the top of Punk Buster.


Disable Origin in game:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game

Origin Cloud Storage turn it off
Origin, settings, General

Make Sure BF4 is set to 64bit if your windows is 64bit
1- open origin and go to My Games
2-Right click BF4 and go to Game Properties
3-Under when launching this game set it to x64 and check off disable origin in game.
4- Hit apply REBOOT your PC and then test your BF4

Reboot PC test BF4

Hi again guys and thank you all for the solutions and the things to try.

I have now tried to start battlefield 4 without msi afterburner and without MSI gaming APP and now it works.

I have not yet found out wich one is that is buggin me but now i can play battlefield.
