getting the error as said above, wont bother to write it all, i have seen tonns of people having the same issue. was just wondering if it's a problem that the developers need to fix or if it's a problem that can only be fixed by me on my end.......

Hi sprett6,
There's a few different steps that players found were helpful with these kind of errors, I've included some below:
- Disable Origin In-Game
- Roll back Graphics drivers
- The steps listed here
- Reinstall of DirectX
If you haven't already, please try the steps above and let us know of any other steps you've already taken.
Thanks
EAGuy

I did them all and none of them worked.

A FIX (Disable Origin In-Game)
I also was getting this error message too (BF4 DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung) It is so annoying for an expensive game like this to have such a flaw.
However, I have tried a lot of different steps to fix this insure, I roll back my Graphic driver, I performed a clean install Graphic driver, I reinstall of DirectX, and none of these worked, Until I (Disable Origin In-Game) and then the game stated to play properly
This maybe a temporary fix as I have only tested it for one day so far.

If it's an AMD card try underclocking by 10% in catalyst control center. I tried all of the suggestions and it made my crashes MORE frequent. After underclocking I have had no problems at all.
It's worth a try as it only takes seconds to change the setting!
