HELLO? Are you guys ignoring all of your customers? In this thread and a ton of others? How about something useful like "Were working on this for next patch" or "We've identified what is causing the crashes" instead of pointless links to articles trying things clearly we've all done. This happens on AMD cards and NVIDIA cards. ONLY in BF4. NO OTHER GAMES CRASH.
Go into your origin games folder and than the battlefield 4 folder than find the install folder. If you have bf4 installed on a seperate hard drive than the one your os system is installed on. Copy and paste the directxredist to your desktop also do the same for vcredist. open the folders up and run the exe files by right clicking on them and run as administrator. If you are running a 64bit version of windows make sure you have virtualization enabled in your bios. You are running a 32bit os on top of a 64bit os this requires virtualization! No arguing ...it is fact.

First thing doesn't apply to me. Second thing makes no sense. BF3 even worked fine for a while until Dice/EA updated something. This was happening in BF3 and has carried over to BF4 with no real resolution. This is frankly a joke.

Ive poured a good 300hrs + into BF3 before that kind of crash started occuring without ever changing anything in my PC. Now they released BF4 I bought the game on day 1, I was constantly crashing and thought the problem was maybe my PC now since I was still using my old MB with DDR2 RAM even my CPU wasnt good enough to fully exploit my GTX 570 so I went on and upgraded my PC. Got a Asus X79 Deluxe MB with 8 socket, 16gb RAM of Kingston HyperX, a i7-3820 3.6ghz, a much better cooling system and even a god damn SSD which the game is installed on. They sure did improve alot of things since release, but that god damn annoying DirectX 'getdeviceremovedreason' crash wont go away. Otherwise my game runs at 60fps on high settings constantly and no other game does this.
