Alright boys .n' girls, try this...

those with SLI  (might work with CROSSFIRE) swap your cards around (top to bottom, bottom to top). also the video cables (primary will be in what WAS the bottom card, now top)

just played for about an hour and a half, still no DX11.1 / driver issue.  Which means that the issue could be hardware related ....?

I give no promises, but this has worked for me so far.  Those with single cards ... your'e **bleep** out of luck until (read IF) EA finds a fix
