So I am posting here since the support team left me on read and closed my case without responding because as predicted they're awful! So I have battlefield 4 for Xbox One, I have had it for many years, I own the premium edition so I have all the dlc, I bought it on the same profile I play it on, I only have one Xbox account. And my dlc worked for years, but about a year ago 2 out of 5 of the dlc packs stopped working, any time I tried to load one of those dlc maps my game would either crash or just get stuck in an infinite loading screen or black screen, which is a known issue with your game that has never been fixed. Now I have done everything I possibly can in my power to fix this, I have restarted the game hundreds of times, I have hard reset my console hundreds of times, I have uninstalled both the game and all the dlc at least 10 times, and I have even factory reset my console which caused me to lose game data on other games. O have spoke with Xbox support who is no help, I have paid money for the dlc, yet the game crashes when I try to play them, and I have no idea what to do, but this needs to be fixed! Please do not send stupid replies like "try turning it off and on again" Or "try power cycling your console"As stated I've don't these steps many many times!!!

I also had issues, but it was when all my BF4 was stored internally. I switched everything to external and try to keep my internal below 70% full. Seemed to help with all my games.

Hey there, @KSK_MEDIC, sorry to hear about the experienced you had!

Did you ever clear the Online/Cloud data for Battlefield 4, just asking as I did not see you mention it also do you have other gamertags that you can test to play/test with?

If you have any external storage it might be worth installing the game and DLCs there.
I had to do the reverse of the above before, when some BF1 DLC got corrupted on my external drive (had to entirely format it before I could get the game to work on there again).

I don't know how to do that, but it sounds like I will lose progress or items if I do that, I really don't want to lose anything

Yes all my content is on external, this is what they told me to do last time, the game and dlc being on either the external or internal makes zero difference, it still freezes or just has an infinite loading black screen

Try deleting BF4, your progress and unlocks won't be affected, so that's not an issue, we just have to get you back in the game. You might have corrupted data floating around that freezing you up. Cheers and good luck

I have deleted bf4 and all the dlc more times that I can count (at least 20 times over the past 2 years)
And it never fixes anything

I had a similar issue with DLC maps on the playstation 4. I figured out when restoring licenses in the systems menu seemed to do the trick. Have XBOX got this feature? Sorry to hear about your struggles.

I have the same issues with Xbox one and xbox series x for the last 2 month, I tried everything like you and nothing working. This is frustring because I see people playing DLC and for me nothing work. I try all the base solution, uninstall dlc and game and nothing. I search for information week after week and I never seen a person who have solve the problem. I never see a word from EA or dice for this problem and the problem are in game for many years. I don't know what to do...

Sorry to hear that, I'm in the same boat, all these people just give you basic solutions that you have done 100 times already and they don't listen, and EA gets away with stealing your money and you can't get the content you purchased, it's pathetic they can't make their games work. I personally just gave up and uninstalled bf4 because I can't play the dlc
