BF4 DLC redeeming code

As i know that there was a code for me to redeem for the china rising extension package. i went to play station store to redeem my code  . Then i start the game and it appered that icant access in to Air superioty mode flag capturing mode. Its obvious to notice because as i redeem my code, theres no files for me to download about china rising part DLC.So i try to recdeem my code again and it says "this code has already been used... Can u please solve this problem for me please? my ps3 account email is [edit: email address removed]
