BF4 Dragons Teeth download

I am a battlefield premium member, but origin is not allowing me to download or install the dragons teeth expansion. The other expansions are highlighted as well as the premium one, but the last two, dragons teeth and final stand are greyed out. This should only be the case for final stand, correct? What am I missing and why can't I download it??
