bf4.exe application error (0xc000007b)

I just bought a new computer and everytime I load up Battlefield 4 I get this application (0xc000007b) error. I've tried to uninstall my C+++ and reinstall and don't work. Repaired the game, don't work. Uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled ONLY the game thinking it was a DLC download error and it still doesn't work.
