BF4 Final Stand killing my fps

So I've just recently bought and downloaded the BF4 Premium package. As it got done with Final Stand, it sent a popup message about an application that needed me to use it in order to be finished, something called touchup or something. Not knowing for sure, I let it through to finish the dl, started up the game, and then the game begins to sputter between framerates.

This concerned me. So I decided to get the game repaired to see if that would fix the problem, this time I denied the app access, worried that the fps sputter would pop up again. Then, I restarted my pc, and redid the procedure again, allowing the app in this time, but then the sputtering began again as it loaded up the game. 

Keep in mind, this did not occur w/the other dlc's nor the original content of bf4, just the Final Stand dlc. I need help on how to resolve this issue plz.
